Job summary

AIA Digital+ in Manila seeks an experienced Active Directory Administrator to lead and mentor a team, ensure AD stability, and align IT services with business priorities.

You will manage AD deployment, GPO, DNS/DHCP, and security; handle incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive improvements with IAM and cloud services like Azure AD. This is a role within AIA's digital and analytics hub supporting Asia-Pacific teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in AD or related IT services.
• Hands-on experience in AD technologies and related qualifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, CA, and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of IAM, including Azure AD, LDAP, and SSO.
• Experience with cloud-based directory services environments is a plus.
• Microsoft Certified or equivalent certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of AD administrators and support engineers.
• Oversee deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Active Directory services.
• Manage incident and problem resolution; perform root cause analysis.
• Enforce security best practices for AD including privileged access management.
• Monitor AD performance and collaborate to optimize configurations.
• Manage vendor relationships and SLAs for AD-related tools.
• Develop and manage AD-related budgets and resources.
• Participate in on-call duties to implement changes and resolve incidents.
