MicroSourcing is seeking an Accreditation Processor in a hybrid role based in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will handle accreditation requests, verify form accuracy, and ensure brokers are active with Connective while updating records in our Dynamics system.

You will manage communications with brokers and lenders, upload documents, and track progress daily to support efficient lender accreditation across multiple lenders.

Your Role

As a Connective Team member, you will learn about Connective and our place in the Australian mortgage home loan market culminating in the meaning and importance of an Accreditation to our brokers.

Learn our operating systems including Dynamics, Mercury, CRM and Outlook.

The position is responsible for processing our lender and service provider accreditation requests received from Connective brokers.

This involves checking the accreditation form for accuracy, our systems to ensure the broker is active with Connective, then signing the form (if required) and uploading the form into our Dynamics accreditation system then sending to the lender with current supporting documents for processing.

We receive various emails including accreditation forms from brokers, lenders & connective staff to the generic accreditation email. Our onshore team sends emails to the offshore team who process the accreditation form and action any emails received (i.e. approvals, general queries etc.) daily. Each day we receive approximately 300 to 400 emails. Not all emails are sent to the offshore team for processing. Our onshore team retain some of the accreditation emails for processing.

You will be required to update emails received from lenders/brokers in the brokers Dynamics profile and in some instances respond to lenders/brokers. You are also responsible in updating the brokers lender list.

Once the accreditation form (with supporting documents) has been sent to the lender we follow up the progress of the accreditation with the lender. The follow up process varies with each lender. We process accreditations for 50 plus lenders and each accreditation request and process is different in their own way. We also provide additional document, information and clarification required by the lenders. We also ensure to update the status and broker ID of the brokers as well as their documents.
