Qualifications

• 5+ years of AR/Collections experience including delinquent accounts.
• 2-5 years of supervisory/people management experience.
• Experience managing collections metrics like DSO, aging, delinquency, and cash collections.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
• Proven experience handling escalations, dispute resolution, and issue management.
• Experience coaching, developing, and managing team performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support collection activities to meet SLAs and operational targets.
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics including DSO, delinquency, past due balances, and cash collections.
• Resolve escalated payment issues and complex collection cases.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Customer Service, Pricing, and Finance to resolve disputes and payment concerns.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues to avoid disruptions to payment schedules.
• Oversee cash application processes and ensure accuracy of posted payments.
• Review suspense account activities and ensure proper resolution and clearance.
• Support month-end close activities including reconciliations, journal entries, and account reviews.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
• Participate in hiring activities and team calibrations to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
