Responsibilities

• Facilitate efficient invoicing across revenue streams (external and intercompany).
• Review aged outstanding sales orders monthly and ensure intercompany rebills and software cost of sales are invoiced on time.
• Perform month-end intercompany reconciliation across APAC; maintain debtor master data per policy.
• Complete daily bank account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Process AP and AR journals to clear WHT/FX variances and download monthly bank statements.
