Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate Accounts Receivable records.
• Performing daily cash allocation and payment matching.
• Investigating and resolving customer account discrepancies and outstanding balances.
• Reconciling customer accounts and investigating variances between sales transactions, payments, and ERP postings.
• Monitoring transactions between Shopify and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Responding to customer account queries and resolving invoice and payment issues.
• Supporting collections activities and following up on overdue accounts.
• Assisting with month-end reconciliations, AR reporting, and audit-ready documentation.

About the Role

Clicktek Consulting and yGen Innovations deliver end-to-end RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) services to enterprise clients across multiple industries. Our team works embedded with client organizations to solve complex talent and technology challenges at scale.

We're building Accounts Receivable Officers to support active and incoming client engagements. If you have a solid background in reconciliation and ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365, we want to hear from you.

• Experienced AR Professional (3–5 years)

What the Work Looks Like

Depending on the engagement, Accounts Receivable Officers typically work on:

• Managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate Accounts Receivable records

• Performing daily cash allocation and payment matching

• Investigating and resolving customer account discrepancies and outstanding balances

• Reconciling customer accounts and investigating variances between sales transactions, payments, and ERP postings
