Job summary

Acquire Intelligence Philippines Inc. is seeking an Accounts – Receivable Collection Officer to manage non-portal debtor accounts and ensure timely collection of invoices.

The role focuses on maximizing cash flow, reducing overdue debts, and maintaining transparent records across the finance team. You will update ERP with debtor communications, liaise with clients and internal staff to resolve billing disputes, and provide regular progress updates to the AR Team Leader.

Qualifications

• 2 years Accounts Receivable experience in a medium-to-large organization
• Degree or Diploma in Business Admin, Finance or accounting
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Monitor debtor aging and follow up on overdue accounts via phone, email and statements
• Reconcile customer accounts and allocate payments to maintain data accuracy
• Prepare and distribute monthly client statements
• Maintain accurate communication logs and collection records in ERP
• Escalate unresolved issues to Collection team leader and coordinate with internal staff to resolve disputes
