Job summary

Jori International is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk in the Philippines. You will monitor AR correspondence, coordinate with internal teams to resolve invoice issues, and manage aging reports to ensure timely collections.

The role requires data entry, reporting, and collaboration across departments. Ideal candidates have 1+ year AR experience, solid Excel skills, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Accounts Receivable and collections experience.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• Experience with CargoWise is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AR inbox and respond to customer requests for invoices, statements, and account information.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
• Manage AR aging reports and perform collections through calls and emails.
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in CargoWise and internal tracking reports.
• Review new accounts to ensure payments are received within agreed terms.
• Investigate and follow up on undeliverable invoices or statements.
• Perform basic data entry and assist with reporting requirements.
• Support CARM report exports and prepare basic management reports.
• Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as required.
