Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in a hybrid work setup based in the Philippines. You will prepare invoices, maintain billing data, and support month-end closing while ensuring accuracy and timely billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are essential.
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills are needed.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and generate monthly customer invoices accurately and on time, reviewing cost sheets submitted by Operations for billing.
• Encode and maintain financial records and billing data across the internal billing application and ERP system.
• Support the Finance team during month-end closing processes.
• Maintain accounts receivable master data, including customer profiles and pricing tables.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and communicate issues to staff and management.
• Coordinate with Client Experience teams, clients, and stakeholders to resolve billing and collection queries.
• Generate detailed accounts receivable trackers and accounting reports as directed.
