Bacha Coffee in the Philippines is seeking an Accounts Receivables assistant to support daily AR functions for outlets and eCommerce. You will ensure invoicing accuracy and post entries in the accounting system, while validating receipts and collections.

You will liaise with internal stakeholders on AR matters, assist in audits and internal controls, and help with AR administration and process improvement. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work under tight

Qualifications

• At least NITEC/LCCI/Diploma in Accounting
• Min 1 year of relevant AR experience
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365/Navision preferred

Responsabilités

• Support daily AR function (outlet and eCommerce sales)
• Ensure invoicing accuracy and posting in accounting system
• Validate receipts and postings, monitor collections
• Assist in monitoring outstanding receivables
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on AR matters
• Support audit and internal control requirements
• Assist AR administration and documentation
• Support AR process improvements when required
• Perform other ad-hoc duties
