optiBPO, a US-based client services provider, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer in Clark, Pampanga. The role supports day-to-day receivables, ensuring timely invoicing and accurate financial information for leadership.

You will handle invoicing, collections, and AR-related communications, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure revenue accuracy and clean close processes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounts receivable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• ERP experience, preferably Microsoft-based.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Customer-focused with strong numerical and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process AR invoices accurately and timely.
• Assist with sales management within the ERP system.
• Perform routine invoicing and collections.
• Lead monthly AR collections meetings with leadership.
• Review open orders for revenue recognition.
• Ensure accuracy of sales orders before posting invoices.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve outstanding items.
• Verify sales tax compliance.
