Lifesports Inc. in Pasay, Philippines, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to manage receivables, collections, payment reconciliation, and customer accounts, ensuring accurate records and timely financial reporting.

The role emphasizes integrity, attention to detail, and collaboration with internal teams. You will monitor aging, prepare AR reports, and coordinate with customers for unsettled invoices, while supporting tax documentation and commissions.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related course.
• At least 2 years of experience in Credit, Collection, and Accounts Receivable.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Hyperlinks, VLOOKUP, SUMIF).
• Knowledge of MYOB or any ERP accounting system is an advantage.
• Strong ability to analyze and reconcile large datasets.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Experience in manual computation of sales commissions is an advantage.
• Experience reconciling e-commerce payments from Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Honest, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
• Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work a compressed schedule and alternating Saturdays.

Mansioni

• Monitor accounts receivable balances and e-commerce payments.
• Prepare monthly Accounts Receivable Aging Reports and weekly e-commerce claims.
• Monitor and update daily collection reports.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices through phone and email.
• Escalate accounts that are 90+ days overdue or beyond approved payment terms to management.
• Analyze payment data and reconcile bulk payments against multiple invoices.
• Maintain accurate and timely reconciliation of customer accounts.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and compute commissions for Key Account Specialists.
• Identify and resolve payment discrepancies and account variances.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment schedules.
• Arrange and coordinate collection of unpaid invoices.
• Liaise with internal departments and external customers to resolve account discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation of collection activities and customer accounts.
• Secure BIR Form 2307 and ensure proper withholding tax documentation.
• Maintain accurate records for AR transactions.
• Assist in evaluating and setting up new customer accounts.
• Monitor customer credit balances and payment history.
• Initiate appropriate collection actions for delinquent accounts with management.
