Height Realty Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Accounting Officer – Accounts Receivable to manage invoicing, collections, and AR processes while ensuring accurate records and policy compliance.

You will support month-end closing, tax compliance, and reporting, coordinating with clients, banks, and internal teams to improve receivable management. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in AR or accounting, strong Excel skills, knowledge of BIR rules, and experience in real estate or related

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or General Accounting.
• Working knowledge of Philippine taxation, BIR regulations, and accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Experience in real estate/property development or related industry is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and issue invoices, official receipts, collection receipts, acknowledgment receipts, and Statements of Account (SOA).
• Monitor accounts receivable balances, aging reports, and collection activities.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate billing or payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of customer deposits and collections.
• Prepare and update collection reports, sales reports, and accounts receivable schedules.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and financial statement preparation.
• Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of receivable transactions.
• Assist in filing tax requirements including VAT and BIR forms.
