Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and promote BlackHawk’s Core Behaviors through daily interactions and work practices.
• Promote and maintain a culture of safety.
• Manage collection activities for assigned small-balance accounts through professional written communication and follow-up.
• Research and resolve routine invoice discrepancies in collaboration with customers and Customer Service.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts by researching and resolving short payments, credit balances, unapplied cash, and other account discrepancies.
• Support the achievement of collection goals established by BlackHawk senior management and overall Accounts Receivable performance objectives.
• Complete required steps for processing write-offs and customer refund requests for assigned accounts and in support of AR Specialists.
• Collaborate with the AR Supervisor and Commercial Team to identify high-risk accounts and support the development and execution of appropriate action plans.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to collection activities and account resolution.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
