iSource Asia Business Solutions Corporation is seeking an Accounting Staff – Accounts Receivable to manage billing, monitor customer payments, and follow up on outstanding balances while maintaining precise financial records.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant AR experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge of ERP/accounting software is a plus; confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, billing or collections.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and AR processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Experience with accounting software or ERP is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accounts receivable records and customer balances.
• Prepare and issue invoices, billing statements, and reminders.
• Follow up on overdue payments with clients.
• Record and reconcile customer payments; ensure accurate postings.
• Prepare AR aging reports and regular collection updates.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams on billing issues.
• Maintain organized invoices, receipts, and collection records.
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
