Job summary

Hammerjack Philippines is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to ensure timely payments and maintain strong client relationships within a globally integrated healthcare solutions group.

You will handle refunds, postings, deposits, and credit memos, ensure daily invoicing accuracy, and support month-end and year-end reporting. Onsite in Manila with a Monday–Friday schedule aligned to EST business hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on accounts receivable experience, including cash application.
• Strong math ability (whole numbers, decimals, fractions, percentages, time).
• Exceptional English language communication; clear, accurate, and proactive.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools.

What You'll Do

• Processing all accounts receivable functions include issuing refunds, posting payments, preparing deposits, and creating credit memos.
• Ensuring daily invoicing accuracy and following up on missing provider bills.
• Responding to client inquiries regarding payments, outstanding balances, and invoice questions.
• Supporting month-end, quarterly, and year-end reporting.
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of financial files.
• Performing office tasks such as answering calls, taking messages and reporting.

Key Criteria

• 3+ years of hands-on accounts receivable experience, including cash application.
• Strong math ability (whole numbers, decimals, fractions, percentages, time).
• Proficiency in Great Plains, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and online tools.
• Exceptional English Language communication; clear, accurate, and proactive.

Work setup
