Job summary

StaffRight Careers is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with extensive Accounts Receivable experience. You will handle invoicing, payments, AR aging, and customer follow-up using NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, and Excel in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 5+ years in accounting, strong AR expertise, and availability for graveyard shifts in the Philippines to align with US time zones. CPA is a plus; a competitive PHP salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience with hands-on AR responsibilities.
• Experience invoicing, applying payments, and collections workflows.
• Experience with NetSuite and QuickBooks Online.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own invoicing for sales orders and ensure timely issuance.
• Record, apply, and monitor customer payments and aging.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and overdue invoices.
• Manage the AR inbox and respond within set timelines.
• Prepare AR reports and reconcile customer accounts.
• Assist month-end close and related accounting tasks.
