Job summary

StaffRight is seeking an experienced Accountant to support daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and reconciliations within NetSuite. The role requires meticulous data handling, strong GAAP knowledge, and accuracy across accounts to support a fast-paced environment.

You will manage end-to-end processes, prepare statements, and ensure compliance while collaborating with a supportive HR team that values your career growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, NetSuite and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to support our client with day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes within NetSuite. If you have strong experience managing financial data, ensuring accuracy across accounts, and working within a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage end-to-end accounting processes
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Conduct account reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting

Who We’re Looking For:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting roles
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online , Netsuite and Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• CPA certification (nice to have!)
• Experience in the medical field as an accountant/bookkeeper (nice to have!)
• Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
• Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer

Technical Requirements:

• Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
• Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
• Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
• Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Netsuite and Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
