Job summary

Personiv in Manila is seeking an experienced accountant to handle financial responsibilities including journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable tasks. The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Accounting, preferably CPA, and at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or NetSuite is essential. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP are necessary for the role. Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including graveyard shifts, is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of journal entries and closing activities.
• Ensure accuracy of AP and AR transactions.
• Maintain and monitor store’s AP and AR aging.
• Assist in generating monthly Payable and AR reports.
• Reconcile AR and AP's GL and SL.
• Analyze variances.
