Job summary

SVEN - The Digital 1st Agency in the Philippines is seeking a finance professional to manage billing, collections, and financial reporting. The role involves reconciling transactions, supporting audits, and coordinating with other departments; on-site presence at Quezon Avenue The ideal candidate has some experience in accounting or bookkeeping and familiarity with QuickBooks.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with opportunities to grow within the finance team and contribute to monthly and yearly

Qualifications

• Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience in a finance or accounting role, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with basic financial principles, record-keeping practices, and QuickBooks is an advantage.
• Any exposure to bookkeeping, data entry, or financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Billing and collections procedures compliance and coordination with clients.
• Analyze opportunities for improvements based on billing information.
• Prepare and report monthly and annual financial data.
• Reconcile bank statements and daily, monthly, yearly transactions.
• Support audits and data verification across departments.
• Assist CFO and executives on projects as needed.
• On-site data reporting at Quezon Avenue.

Job description

Billing and Collection

• Ensure compliance with billing procedures.


• Process and coordinate with clients for collections.


• Provide support clients for data verification or other finance-related concerns.

Financial Management and Reporting

• Analyze opportunities for improvements based on billing information.


• Prepare and report monthly sales and year-end sales.


• Reconcile daily, monthly, and yearly transactions.


• Monitor all bank deposits and payments.


• Reconcile bank statements.


• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.


• Reconcile and ensure financial records are kept up to date with the latest transactions and changes.

Documentation and Support Services

• Maintain records and receipts for all transactions.


• Participate in internal and external audits.


• Provide administrative support during budget preparation.


• Coordinate and support other departments such as, but not limited to, Admin, Account Management and Agency Operations for verification of data or other finance requirements.


• Support the Chief Financial Officer and executives with projects and tasks when required.

Requirements

• Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience in a finance or accounting role, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply


• Familiarity with basic financial principles, record-keeping practices, and QuickBooks is an advantage.
