SVEN - The Digital 1st Agency in the Philippines seeks a Finance Administrator to manage billing, collections, and data verification while assisting with audits and monthly financial reporting. The role covers invoicing, client coordination for collections, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in finance or accounting, knowledge of basic financial principles, and exposure to QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience in a finance or accounting role, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with basic financial principles, record-keeping practices, and QuickBooks is an advantage.
• Any exposure to bookkeeping, data entry, or financial reporting.
• Willing to report on site at Quezon Avenue

• Ensure compliance with billing procedures.
• Process and coordinate with clients for collections.

Financial Management and Reporting

• Analyze opportunities for improvements based on billing information.
• Prepare and report monthly sales and year-end sales.
• Reconcile daily, monthly, and yearly transactions.

Documentation and Support Services

• Maintain records and receipts for all transactions.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Provide administrative support during budget preparation.
• Coordinate and support other departments such as, but not limited to, Admin, Account Management and Agency Operations for verification of data or other finance requirements.
• Support the Chief Financial Officer and executives with projects and tasks when required.
