Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking an Accounts Receivable Billing Officer in Quezon City, Philippines. You will support multiple group companies with client invoicing, invoice queries, and daily reconciliations under our service delivery framework.

You will process invoices, follow up approvals, upload to client portals, review work orders for contractual compliance, and assist with general admin tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Fast and accurate data entry
• Excellent computer literacy
• Intermediate MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Degree or TAFE certificate in Business Admin and Finance

Responsibilities

• Review and action AR inbox emails promptly
• Daily client invoicing and checking for errors
• Follow up invoice approvals with PTLs and CRMs
• Review and resolve un-issued invoices and upload to portals
• Conduct Month End Close and relevant reconciliations
• Assist where required in day-to-day tasks
