Job summary

RTX is seeking an Accounts Receivable associate for a hybrid role in Batangas, Philippines, within our Collins Aerospace operations at First Philippine Industrial Park.

You will document payment statuses, provide invoice copies, and update ERP records in SAP/JDE World/E1 while maintaining accurate data and timely follow-ups with customers. Strong communication and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate can apply with basic knowledge in Accounts Receivable.
• Accurate data input with precision and efficiency.
• Strong time management to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP or JDE World/E1 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global collections team to ensure accurate, timely documentation of customer payment status
• Document customer feedback from returned statement of accounts and customer portals in various ERP systems, including SAP
• Track customer feedback to enable follow-up with non-responsive customers
• Ensure contact information for customers is up-to-date to enable automated delivery of customer statements
• Provide invoice copies and other documentation to customers as requested
• Update status of invoices to reflect resolved issues and broken payment promises
• Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned customers by addressing any inquiries or concerns related to payments
