Responsibilities

• Account monitoring: Track customer accounts, check credit limits, and identify overdue balances.
• Billing & Statements: Prepare and issue Statements of Account (SOAs), invoices, and overdue reminders.
• Collection follow-ups: Contact clients via phone, email, or site visits to secure payment or negotiate reasonable payment plans.
• Payment recording: Post incoming customer payments, checks, or direct bank deposits into accounting/ERP systems.
• Dispute resolution: Investigate billing errors and resolve customer complaints in coordination with sales and finance.
• Reporting: Prepare AR aging reports, collection summaries, and withholding tax documentation (BIR Form 2307/2306).
• Escalation: Coordinate with legal counsel or management for formal demand letters or severe delinquency issues.
