You will manage posting of payments, monitor overdue receivables, generate AR reports, and uphold internal controls while coordinating with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of AR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of billing, payment application, collections, AR aging.
• Proficient in SAP/ERP systems and Excel for AR processing.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in customer accounts.
• Good communication and coordination for collection efforts.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts, billing, payment applications, collections, and reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate posting of payments and reconcile AR balances.
• Monitor overdue receivables and coordinate resolution with customers.
• Prepare AR aging, collection, and receivables reports.
• Maintain AR processes and controls for accuracy and policy compliance.
