Job summary

NORDE INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTORS is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant in the Metro Manila area. The role focuses on timely invoicing, accurate AR aging, and coordinating collections with customers and vendors.

Job description

An Accounts Receivable Assistant ensures timely and complete collection of customer payments and vendor rebates by efficiently managing invoices and accounts receivable, meeting KPIs and deadlines, completing assigned tasks, preparing required reports, and adhering to company guidelines and core values.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Processing and collecting invoices on time;
• Updating Accounts Receivable aging through the accounting ERP System;
• Coordinating with different parties to ensure timely and complete collection of customer payments and vendor rebates

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance and Accounting or any related field.
• With at least six (6) months of experience handling Accounts Receivable or General Accounting Function.
