Job summary

Private Advertiser in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Travel & Expense Manager to oversee invoice processing, supplier payments, and employee expense activities.

You will drive process standardization, automation, and internal controls while leading a team and coordinating with stakeholders to implement sustainable improvements. This role requires a CPA or accounting degree, 5+ years in AP/General Accounting, and hands-on ERP experience with SAP/Oracle Fusion.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accountancy, CPA is a plus.
• Hands-on General Accounting background; audit background preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle Fusion) and expense management.
• 5+ years in Accounts Payable or General Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end AP and T&E operations.
• Ensure activities comply with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and implement solutions.
• Analyze large data sets to identify improvements and drive actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and quality.
• Drive standardization within the scope and manage change.
• Coach and manage performance of direct reports.
