Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Expense Management or Accounts Payable in a large organisation.
• Relevant tertiary qualification preferred.
• Experience in customer-focused roles within large organisations is advantageous.
• Strong accounting knowledge including AP, AR, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable processes ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing.
• Support project billing, cashflow forecasting and month-end reporting.
• Maintain supplier accounts, reconcile monthly statements, and code payments.
• Assist with expense management system administration and user support.
• Provide information for internal audits and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance and other departments to optimize AP workflows.
