Job summary

White & Case LLP operates a Global Operating Center in Manila, delivering comprehensive administrative, financial and operational services. The Supervisors Accounts Payable role provides leadership to the AP Team, ensuring timely processing of invoices and adherence to controls.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 5–7 years in AP or similar financial roles, and experience leading teams; knowledge of Elite 3E and a background in a BPO/shared services setting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any Finance/Business course.
• 5–7 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
• Experience leading a team or project to demonstrate leadership.
• Experience working in a BPO/Shared Services Organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Subject Matter Expert for Accounts Payable processes.
• Promote global standard accounts payable processes to staff and internal stakeholders and clients.
• Manages the Accounts Payable Team to ensure timely day-to-day operations.
• Conduct recruitment, interviews and evaluate candidates; monitor progress and provide feedback.
• Develop internal controls for the Accounts Payable function and oversee process improvements.
