Role Description

The Accounts Payable Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Muntinlupa City. This position oversees the daily accounts payable operations, including reviewing and processing invoices, validating supporting documents, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. The supervisor monitors account balances, reconciles statements, and coordinates with internal departments to resolve discrepancies. The role includes supervising and mentoring the accounts payable team, setting priorities, and implementing process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency. The Accounts Payable Supervisor also supports month-end closing activities, prepares reports, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, workload management, and performance coaching.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review financial data, reconcile accounts, and identify variances or process issues.
• Candidates should possess a foundation in Finance, particularly in accounts payable processes and vendor management.
• Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Accruals and Journal Entries (Accounting) for accurate month-end closing and reporting.
