Job summary

optiBPO is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Clark, Pampanga on a US shift.

You will manage day-to-day payables, process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor invoices, and support the accounting team.

Required 2-4 years AP experience, a degree in Business/Finance, strong communication and Excel skills; in-house medical and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking in front of large groups, including CEO and owners.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain vendor cards, purchase orders, invoices, and journals in the ERP system.
• Post vendor prepayment invoices and credit memos as needed.
• Assist in applying payments to purchase invoices.
• Address old PO’s and shipments not yet invoiced, with department leads.
• Communicate with Accounts Payable Manager to ensure open payables are accurate.
