Job summary

BSV BioScience Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable/Finance professional to ensure accurate invoice verification, monthly vendor provisions, and timely payments. The role involves processing payments, managing expense reports, and preparing monthly MIS related to advances.

The candidate must have 1-3 years in finance, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of SAP is a plus. Onsite work in Ortigas, Pasig City is required, with ASAP start availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, General Accounting, or Finance.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, accounts payable processes, and financial reporting.
• Experience in processing invoices, vendor payments, and account reconciliations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
• Experience using SAP is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring vendor invoices are properly checked & verified before booking. All invoices should be booked within 3 working days from the date of receipt.
• Creation of Vendor provisions on monthly basis
• To prepare payments (checks/online) every Wednesday of each week
• All valid expense reports are released every 10th (16-30) and 25 (1-15) of each month
• To collect invoice from business user and adjust within 30 days from the date of advance given and share monthly MIS for the pending advance with reasons.
• Execution level of project on agreed timeline
