Responsibilities

• Reviews and processes payments for fully substantiated expenses by receiving, verifying, and reconciling invoices within credit terms and agreed timelines.
• Maintains accounts payable ledgers by verifying and posting transactions and reconciling them with vendor statements of account.
• Records transactions accurately in accordance with company policies, procedures, and applicable tax rules and regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
