Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years of accounts payable or similar finance role.
• Experience in multi-location or multi-franchise setup is a plus.
• Proficiency with DMS software, or similar systems, and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Receive, review, and process vendor invoices for goods and services.
• Verify invoice coding, PO matching, and terms compliance.
• Process payments and align with supplier terms and cash flow.
• Act as main contact for supplier payment inquiries and disputes.
• Reconcile AP sub-ledger to GL and prepare aging reports.
• Support month-end closing and regulatory compliance.
