Responsibilities include processing invoices, creating purchase orders, reconciling accounts, and supporting administration during peak periods. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and is proficient in ERP and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger reconciliations.
• Experience processing supplier invoices, POs, supplier payments and bank statements.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Process supplier invoices daily.
• Create purchase orders within authorization limits.
• Reconcile supplier invoices and statements monthly.
• Process supplier payments as requested.
• Assist with creditor reconciliations and supplier ledger maintenance.
• Perform general administration duties and support the team during peak periods.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts by month-end and Year-End.
