Job summary

Canon Business Process Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to support financial analysis and monthly closing. You will prepare financial statements, journal entries, and reconcile vendor accounts in a hybrid work setup with night shifts.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 2 years in accounting, strong Excel skills, and excellent written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices (lease and non-lease) in AP system.
• Process intercompany invoices.
• Reconcile vendor statements of account.
• Answer vendor calls and inquiries.
• Support data processing of travel and expense reimbursements.
• Assist monthly reconciliation of vendor outstanding accounts.
• Create journal entries and perform account analysis.
• Post garnishees batches when needed.
• Process and post cash batches.
• Maintain and meet quality standards for tasks.
