Responsibilities

• Prepare Accounts Payable Voucher and Check Voucher.
• Submit Weekly Aging of Payables and Cash Position.
• Coordinate with supplier for payment and release of checks.
• In charge of bank reconciliation.
• Filing of vouchers and related documents.
