Job summary

Vestas American Wind Technology is seeking an Accounts Payable specialist for its Global Finance Shared Service Centre in Metro Manila. You will manage end-to-end payment processing for vendor invoices, intercompany transactions, and employee-related payments.

The role requires experience with online banking platforms and a ticketing tool (ServiceNow), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls. Role located on-site in Pasay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting/finance/business management.
• Minimum 3 years of end-to-end Accounts Payable and Payment Processing.
• Experience handling inquiries via a ticketing tool, ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payment processing for vendor invoices and intercompany transactions.
• Execute scheduled and manual payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support payment reconciliation and bank reconciliation activities.
• Respond to payment inquiries and drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
