Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related degree.
• 1-2 years and up relevant work experience.

• Great time management skills with ability to prioritize work.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with creating reports.
• Excellent computer literacy; knowledge of Netsuite is a plus.
• Able to communicate well in English and Tagalog.
• Neat with good penmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assist and report to the Accounts Payables Officer.
• Handle account payables.
• Record financial transactions.
• Check billings, SOAs, etc. for payments.
• Vendor payment coordination.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Record management.
• Update reports and transaction records.
• Document filing and organization.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
• Match invoices and receipts.
• Maintain data confidentiality.
• Create purchase orders.
