Job summary

KND Resource Management Group of Companies is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate with a strong accounting or finance background. You will review invoices, verify computations, and ensure payment requests are accurate and properly supported before endorsement for approval.

Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, analytical, organized, and capable of working independently while following established procedures.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Experience with reviewing financial documents and computations.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify billing statements, invoices, payment requests, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Check and reconcile financial records, account balances, withholding-tax documents, and related transactions.
• Verify billing computations, cost allocations, overtime summaries, and insurance-related charges.
• Prepare Check Requisition Slips (CRS), payment vouchers, and other required accounting documentation.
• Identify discrepancies, missing documents, and incorrect computations and coordinate corrections.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Audit, Sales, and other departments to verify transactions and resolve concerns.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and organized payment records and supporting documents.
• Ensure payment requests comply with company procedures before approval.
• Monitor pending transactions and follow through on outstanding documentation.
