Job summary

GigaHertz Computer Systems is seeking an Accounting Associate – Accounts Payable to ensure precise payments, accurate invoice posting, and effective fund management across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and keen to learn, with strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems. You will contribute to monthly closings and support branch payment verification and compliance processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy or Accounting Technology.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate in financial data management.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• On time and accurate processing of payments through various mode of payments.
• On time and accurate posting of invoices from various sources.
• Support weekly and month-end close activities.
• Review and manage supplier balances and payments verification.
• Facilitate fund transfers between accounts as needed.
• Ensure proper filing and archiving of supplier invoices.
