Nephro Specialist Inc. is seeking an Accounting Analyst – Accounts Payable to join our growing team. The role focuses on processing AP transactions, verifying invoices, and preparing payment requests with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in AP or general accounting, solid Excel skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of Accounts Payable or General Accounting experience preferred.

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and AP processes.

Responsabilidades

• Process and monitor AP transactions accurately and on time.
• Review invoices, billing statements, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
• Verify accuracy of invoices, amounts, terms, and required approvals before payment processing.
• Prepare AP schedules, vouchers, and payment requests.
• Monitor due dates and ensure timely settlement of obligations.
• Reconcile supplier/vendor accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding invoices and payment concerns.
• Maintain accurate AP records and documentation.
• Assist in month-end closing and preparation of accounting reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

About the role

Nephro Specialist Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Analyst – Accounts Payable to join our growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Process and monitor Accounts Payable (AP) transactions accurately and on time.
• Review invoices, billing statements, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
• Verify accuracy of invoices, amounts, terms, and required approvals before payment processing.
• Prepare accounts payable schedules, vouchers, and payment requests.
