Arcticom Group is hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team. This role focuses on processing outbound payments and ensuring accurate vendor ledgers in a deadline-driven environment.

You will receive invoices, route them for coding, enter data, reconcile statements, and assist with audits. In-office work is required; strong Excel skills and experience with AP automation and Great Plains are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience (industry preferred).
• Familiarity with AP automation is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills are a plus.
• Recent experience with Great Plains is preferred.
• In-office work is required.

Responsabilités

• Process invoices received by mail and email daily.
• Identify invoice types and route them for coding and recording.
• Enter a high volume of invoices daily with accuracy and attach supporting documentation.
• Receive and verify expense reports and other invoices for accuracy.
• Reconcile expense and other financial reports with account balances and records.
• Facilitate vendor payments and issue checks.
