Job summary

Magna Prime Chemical Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to receive, verify, and process payment requests with complete documents for non-trade payables, and handle non-trade/urgent transactions.

You will prepare 2307 forms for non-trade suppliers before endorsement for check preparation, monitor monthly dues for utilities and cards, and assist with import transaction vouchers. The role also involves countering supplier invoices in the absence of the Accounting Specialist,

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and verify payment requests with complete documents for all non-trade payables.
• Process AP vouchers for non-trade, trade, and urgent transactions.
• Prepare 2307 forms for non-trade suppliers before endorsement for check preparation.
• Monitor monthly dues of utilities, credit cards and the like and follow up the same from concern department.
• Prepare AP vouchers of import transactions.
• Monitor container deposits for importation.
• Countering of sales invoices of suppliers in the absence of Accounting Specialist.
• Inventory team to verify actual count.
• Perform other task that maybe assigned from time to time.
