HRTX in the Philippines is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The role focuses on reviewing and processing invoices, coding payments, and ensuring accuracy and compliance within the accounting system.

This entry-level to mid-level position supports timely payments and proper documentation. The successful candidate will have a degree in accounting or finance and at least one year of accounts payable experience, with strong attention to detail and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests for accuracy and compliance.
• Process and code invoices for payment in the accounting system.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or payment issues.
• Prepare and process electronic payments, checks, and wire transfers.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and resolve any billing issues.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
