Emapta Global in Clark, Pampanga is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to advance invoice processing expertise. You will review, code, validate, and enter invoices, reconcile accounts, and support international operations.

The role offers hybrid work with onsite during the first 3 months and evaluation-based continuation. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in AP, strong Excel, GAAP knowledge, and experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, invoice processing, or general accounting
• Hands-on reviewing, coding, validating, and entering invoices
• Experience with account reconciliation, including PO matching and discrepancy resolution
• ERP/accounting systems experience (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, NetSuite or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills with formulas, Pivot Tables, and data validation
• Knowledge of GAAP and ability to coordinate with vendors and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time

Job Overview

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Salary: PHP 25,000 to PHP 30,000
• Work Setup: Hybrid | Clark, Pampanga (Onsite during the first 3 months, then hybrid upon successful evaluation/regularization.)

The Qualifications We Seek

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, invoice processing, or general accounting
• Hands-on experience reviewing, coding, validating, and accurately entering invoices
• Experience with account reconciliation, including matching invoices against purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
• Experience using ERP or accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and data validation
• Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, legal teams, or other business stakeholders is highly valued
• Strong organizational, workflow management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, accountable, and self-motivated, with the ability to identify improvements and adapt to changing priorities

Your Daily Tasks

• Review and process vendor invoices and expense reports
• Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time
• Respond to vendor inquiries and support positive working relationships

Accounts Payable Operations

• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end activities
• Prepare basic reports related to accounts payable operations
• Support the posting of financial transactions and maintain accurate records
