Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. in Pasay City seeks an Accounts Payable specialist for a 6-month project with potential extension. The role requires end-to-end AP tasks, timely invoice processing, and strong ERP experience.

The successful candidate will handle GR/IR, vendor account reviews, and cross-functional collaboration with procurement and finance teams, while communicating effectively in English. Immediate start is preferred.

Competenze

• Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Accountancy & Management or equivalent experience.
• Can start ASAP.
• 1-5 years of Accounts Payable or Invoice Processing experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ERP systems.
• Experience in Shared Services or cross-cultural/global teams.
• Comfortable communicating in English (written and verbal).
• Experience in Stakeholder Management.

Mansioni

• Perform end-to-end vendor account reviews per SLAs.
• Review, resolve parked and blocked invoices with Procurement and stakeholders.
• Perform GR/IR analysis and manage accruals and clearings.
• Investigate vendor discrepancies with cross-functional groups.
• Set up cadence with problematic vendors for non-compliant invoicing.
• Coordinate with Procurement on correct buying channels for invoicing.
• Prioritize requests by urgency, aging, and impact per SLAs.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain audit trails for reviews and resolutions; assist audits.
