Job summary

Grace Global Operations Center (Philippines) Inc. seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist (Disbursement) to perform high-level AP analyses, process payments in SAP, and ensure timely and accurate transmission of payments for APAC, EMEA, and parts of LATAM. The role reports to the AP Manager in Manila.

Shift is Night (8 pm to 5 am). The candidate will support audits, SOP updates, and cross-training across S2P Helpdesk and disbursement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least five years’ work experience in Accounts Payable and Disbursement/Payments.
• Knowledgeable in SAP – purchasing, materials management and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Executes all types of payments across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
• Generates and manages regular reports for stakeholders and top management.
• Conducts analytical reviews on missed discounts, on-time payments, and payment rejections.
• Interfaces with local sites and banks to resolve payment-related issues.
• Supports internal and external audits through documentation and walkthroughs.
• Leads process improvement projects within Global Operations.
