Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking an experienced Finance professional to join the Finance and Admin team in a hands-on AP/AR role. You will maintain ledgers, target debtors, and build strong relationships with suppliers and customers while supporting high-volume processes and month-end activities.

You will oversee vendor/debtor records in SAP, manage reconciliations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cashflow forecasting and achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years combined experience across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Experience in end-to-end AP/AR processes with accuracy from invoicing to reconciliation.
• Experience reconciling bank accounts, credit card statements, and vendor/debtor accounts across multiple entities.
• ERP experience and proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including uploading and entering invoices into ProSpend.
• Identify and resolve invoice errors, reconcile POs and invoices, escalate discrepancies.
• Perform accurate reconciliations of credit card statements, bank payments, and GL accounts across entities.
• Create and maintain vendor and debtor records in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and PPSR/insurance coverage.
• Develop and monitor debtor accounts, including credit limits and payment history.
• Process credits, rebates, and manage weekly debtor financing uploads and month-end reconciliations.
• Support month-end close with AP/AR processing, reconciliations, and ad-hoc Finance Manager/CFO support.
• Liaise with Sales, Distribution Centre, and Customer Service to support cashflow forecasting and targets.
• Manage multiple shared inboxes and respond to enquiries in AP/AR.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within Finance and Admin.
