HGS Offshore Staffing Solutions is seeking an organized finance professional to support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and financial reconciliation in Metro Manila. The role focuses on processing invoices, managing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

You will assist with month-end closing, reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards, while delivering reliable service to internal teams and suppliers.

Competenze

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Experience using accounting software and financial management systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
• Experience in invoice processing, payment management, and account reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Mansioni

• Perform daily banking and process incoming payments in accounting systems.
• Reconcile cashbooks and customer accounts.
• Process customer credits and maintain accurate records.
• Generate and distribute debtor statements on a weekly or monthly basis.
• Follow up outstanding payments via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Set up new customer accounts and assess credit applications.
• Resolve customer queries and billing discrepancies.
