OFFSHORE BUSINESS PROCESSING INC. is seeking a detail-oriented accounts professional in Metro Manila to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections for project-based operations.

The role covers supplier invoices, PO matching, expense claims via SAP Concur, and month-end reconciliation, with on-site work across Ortigas, Cubao, and Alabang. Strong accuracy, high-volume data entry, and good communication with suppliers and internal teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in transactional accounting roles.
• Solid understanding of AP, AR, and basic payroll processing.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Xero, SAP, NetSuite) valuable.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Concur for expense management.
• Fast, accurate typing and high-volume data entry capability.
• Strong reconciliation and credit control skills.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and match to orders, jobs, and approvals.
• Raise customer invoices in line with contracts and project milestones.
• Follow up outstanding invoices and support cashflow through timely collections.
• Review and reconcile expenses via SAP Concur and ensure policy compliance.
• Review, reconcile, and track project/job costs and variances.
• Handle onboarding logistics and general administrative tasks onsite.
